The ultimate goal of our office is to assist each patient in receiving the maximum benefit based on their medical need. As a courtesy, our office will contact your insurance regarding your benefits and we will gladly submit prior authorizations in an effort to help you determine what orthotic or prosthetic services are covered under your policy.

As a standard with most insurance companies, quoting benefits on your policy is not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company, but our preferred provider status with your insurance can provide a better estimate of what your coinsurance/deductible amounts will be.
